Sushi AYCE Near Denver — Chubby Fish Sushi 🍣

Recently opened sushi buffet — super popular when it first launched, finally got to try it. Arrived at 5 PM, told to wait 45 minutes — scanned the QR code and got seated around that time. If you have the code, you can probably get in the queue early. Food came out pretty slow — felt like forever between dishes.😊❤️ Overall taste was just okay — even the grilled skewers everyone raves about didn’t impress much (maybe because they’re not charcoal-grilled, so missing that smoky flavor). The seasoning was fragrant though. The sushi rice wasn’t great — fell apart when picked up, rice kept crumbling 😂 Deep-fried specialty rolls are not recommended — way too hard and crunchy.
