Sushi hot pot restruant in NY--Raosu

Hot pot buffet is $50 per person, and it's $70 with sushi, with the soup base priced separately. There are many soup base options, and the spicy beef tallow and tomato soup base with beef brisket are my favorites. 1️⃣ All the seafood, sashimi, and sushi 🍣 are very fresh, the lobster 🦞 is still moving its tentacles when put into the pot. 2️⃣ The spicy beef and black hair tripe are both incredibly tender and delicious. 3️⃣ We also love the mango pomelo dessert and crispy fried buns. The ambiance is great, and you don't carry the smell of hot pot after eating. However, it feels like the place has just opened and there are many adjustments to be made, as the ordering and serving are incredibly slow, so slow that it takes all the patience out of us. 📍Raosu 310 W 38th St, New York, NY 10018 #Raosu# New York#food diary
