This restaurant is getting harder and harder to book. I finally managed to secure a spot for the Thanksgiving feast (a bit pricier than the regular menu), but I think it’s still worth it compared to other places at the same price. I couldn’t fit all the deliciousness in my social media feed, so I decided to document it here like on XHS. 🌸 Omakase Journey Appetizers 🎢 Pufferfish Liver Mix / Oita 🦈|A unique flavor that’s quite intriguing. 🌟Hairy Crab / Hokkaido 🦀|Their signature dish, served with warm sake to counteract the crab’s chill. Very thoughtful. Clay-Baked Conger Eel / Mie 🍃 Salt-Grilled Horse Mackerel / Kanagawa 🌟Tuna with Sweet Vinegar and Daikon Roll / Canada 🍖|The daikon roll with tuna and bodhi sake is amazing. 🍃Salted Sea Urchin and Purple Sea Urchin / Hokkaido & Santa Barbara |The Thanksgiving special really shows they put in the effort. #omakase #JapaneseCuisine #Gourmet 🌟
