Swedish Restaurant Dining Week
Today, I finally got to dine at Nybrogatan 38, a Swedish restaurant I've been looking forward to during the Dining Week. In a nutshell, the food was truly delicious! I was feeling down about job hunting before the meal, but as soon as I entered the restaurant, my negative emotions were greatly alleviated. For the food, I ordered a set menu with 3 courses, with an average cost of 430 kronor per person, and the beverages are optional, with a glass costing around 140 kronor. ππππ - Pre-meal Bread Their butter was delicious, and I recommend the white bread, which was fragrant and chewy. The dark bread was more like a cake and slightly greasy, but my friend loved it. ππππ - Appetizer: Raw Tuna with Spicy Mayo Taco The tuna was not fishy at all and was very fresh. The taco shell was incredibly crispy, making the dish refreshing and textured. ππππ - Main Course: Grilled Steak with Mashed Potatoes The steak looked thin, and I thought it might be tough, but it was surprisingly tender! Paired with the mashed potatoes, it was very satisfying. However, be warned about the yellow sauce on the sideβit's a very rich bΓ©arnaise sauce that I found overly greasy and oddly tasted like plastic. #StudyingInSweden #NordicLife #LifeInSweden #Food #RestaurantRecommendation #DateRestaurant #AtmosphereRestaurant #HiddenGemRestaurantShare ### name:Nybrogatan 38 kvarterskrog och barservering address:Nybrogatan 38, 114 40 Stockholm type:place ###
