A trip to San Francisco just isn’t complete without a stop at Swensen's. Back in 1981, I discovered their ice cream — especially the Swiss Orange Chip — and fell in love instantly. While living in Palo Alto, I visited daily for my favorite scoop. Those golden days may be gone, but the one place in the world that still serves the real, authentic Swiss Orange Chip is their original ice cream parlor in San Francisco. And for someone based in the UK now — that’s not exactly around the corner! 😅 ❤️ A Flavor That Stays in Your Heart (& Dreams!) On my most recent visit, I was overjoyed to find Swensen's — and my beloved Swiss Orange Chip — still going strong. It tastes just as incredible as it did decades ago. In fact, I dream about it whenever I can’t be there!
