Takumi Izakaya โ€“ Another Hidden Japanese Gem in Vegas! ๐ŸŽŒโœจ

Tired of long waits for food in Vegas? I discovered this underrated spot thanks to a Xiaohongshu recommendation! I tried booking for Christmas dinner just one day in advance โ€“ and scored a reservation! ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ‰ We arrived half an hour early after watching a show, called a ride, and were seated in just 5 minutes! ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’จ Even on Christmas Day, they had Happy Hour โ€“ a whole bottle of sake for just $4.5! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ (We couldnโ€™t stop laughing at my husband who bought a $30 Fat Tuesday drink at the casino before heading here ๐Ÿน๐Ÿ˜†) The menu isnโ€™t as extensive as Izakaya Goโ€™s, but thereโ€™s still plenty to choose from. The sashimi was super fresh, and the okonomiyaki (savory pancake) was perfectly seasoned! ๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿฅž Only the ramen was a bit too salty for my taste โ€“ but I fished out the noodles and ate them dry, and it worked! ๐Ÿ˜‚ We ordered the Sashimi & Sushi Special Set, but the sushi came out much later than the rest. The staff was super kind โ€“ when we added oysters later, the waiter gave us an extra one as an apology! ๐Ÿฆช๐Ÿ’– (Though tbh, the oysters were just okay โ€“ nothing extraordinary.) The best part? The total bill after tax was just $90! ๐Ÿงพ Even with round-trip rideshare costs, it was still cheaper than eating on the Strip โ€“ plus, no crazy wait times! ๐Ÿ™๏ธ๐Ÿ’ซ A cozy, budget-friendly escape from the Vegas crowds โ€“ highly recommend! #LasVegas #VegasFoodFinds #HiddenGems #IzakayaVibes #JapaneseFood #BudgetEats
