🍴 Taylor Swift’s NYC Restaurant Spot | Via Carota

Known as a Taylor Swift favorite — and notoriously hard to book — Via Carota was surprisingly quiet when we walked in on a weekday afternoon. Hopes were high… but the meal left us puzzled. 🍝 Tagliatelle with Jamón A huge portion of overly soft pasta in a rich, oily cream sauce with sparse slices of ham. Far from al dente — heavy and disappointing. 🍖 Pork Belly Better than the pasta — tender but slightly dry, with decent flavor. 🍰 Tiramisu Classic and fine, but nothing memorable. Maybe Taylor orders differently, or maybe it’s just not for everyone. For us, it was a miss — not worth the hype or the hunt for a reservation.
