Ten thousand accolades!!

Paris | Tapisserie - Charonne 🙏🏻Of all the pastry shops I've tried in Paris (excluding desserts proper), this one has the most impressive offerings 🙏🏻. Although it hasn't participated in any croissant/baking competitions or won any awards, the shop is modest, small yet beautiful, and very cozy. 🙏🏻I wholeheartedly praise their Flan! The pastry crust is incredibly fragrant with butter, and it's so crispy and delicious. The base is thin but layered with many folds, and it's sturdy enough to support the thick and moist custard filling without collapsing 👌🏻. The custard is as smooth as pudding, leaving no marks when bitten into, it's incredibly smooth with a generous amount of natural vanilla seeds and a naturally sweet aroma. 🙏🏻It's still from the team of Septime, currently ranked No. 11 among the world's best restaurants.
