🍗 Fried Chicken Cutlet Gai Manow: Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside~The accompanying lime mayonnaise sauce is delicious! I even ate a lot of the crispy vegetables at the bottom. 🥓 Grilled Pork Cheek Kor Moo Yang: Bouncy and chewy, full of smoky aroma, it was all gone in a few minutes with the dipping of fish sauce. 🐟 Steamed Fish Pla Nung Manow: The fish is very tender, and the broth is very fresh, giving a feeling of eating a Thai version of pickled fish. 🐟 Fried Fish Pla Tod Nampla: The fish meat is firm and crispy, the fish sauce seasoning is a great match, but it can be a bit dry if you eat too much. The mango salad that comes with it is our favorite – tangy and appetizing!! 🍛 Curry Beef Short Rib Mussaman: The curry has a coconut milk fragrance, and the two large pieces of beef are stewed until they are soft and tender, it's delicious with white rice! 🦀️ Crab Meat Fried Rice: It seems to be stir-fried with butter, although it lacks a bit of wok hei (the breath of the wok), it's incredibly fragrant!! And they give a lot of large pieces of crab meat. 🥘 Tom Yum Soup: Their version is very rich and aromatic, the prawns are very bouncy~It's a bit salty, so it needs to be eaten with rice. 💛 PRANAKHON 📍 88 University Pl, New York, NY 10003 #PRANAKHON# New York #food diary
