We decided to indulge in some serious meat at Houston’s famous Truth BBQ. 🍖 Dinner service starts at 5 PM, but I’d recommend arriving around 4:30 to line up—not only is there always a crowd, but parking fills up fast! Since we had a big group, we split up: I joined the line while our driver found parking. From start to finish, it took us 50 minutes from queueing to eating. 😮‍💨 The only bummer? If you’re dining solo, go for the Combo Plate or try one of their sandwiches (the Bahn Mi looked especially tempting!). As for the BBQ—every single meat was a hit. We couldn’t stop marveling at how incredibly flavorful everything was! 🤤 If it’s your first time, a good rule of thumb is to order around half a pound per person. 🍻 They also offer a great selection of local beers and drinks.
