The best brunch in Pokhara—this burger joint deserves

It was a total accidental find: The Original Frituur, a tiny shop that nails burgers and fries to perfection. The menu is refreshingly simple—just a few options: classic beef burger, cheese beef burger, chicken burger, veggie burger, plus fresh - fried fries—but it’s so good you’ll want to memorize the name. 🤤 🍔 Why wait half an hour? You can taste the "made - to - order" care in every bite, and the wait time says it all—we waited a full 30 minutes, salivating as the aroma wafted from the kitchen window. But the second we got our order, we knew: every second was worth it! 😋 The beef patties are hand - chopped, seared to a crispy exterior with a juicy, tender center—you can taste the natural sweetness of the meat. The cheese version oozes molten goodness, clinging to the patty when you bite in, making it impossibly addictive. 🧀 The chicken patty is tender without being dry, and the veggie burger piles high with fresh lettuce and tomato, light and refreshing. 🌱 The fries are the real standout! Each one is golden and crispy, with a slightly charred edge and a fluffy potato center. Dip them in the shop’s ketchup, mayo (or even secret sauces), and pair with a bite of burger—pure bliss. 🍟 📍 There are two branches in Pokhara, but sadly none in Kathmandu—I couldn’t grab one last bite before leaving, which became a tiny regret of the trip! 😔 If you’re in Pokhara craving a hearty, delicious brunch, don’t hesitate—this place is a must. After all, it takes real skill to make simple burgers and fries unforgettable. 😉 #PokharaFood #PokharaBrunch #BurgerLovers #NepalTravel #PokharaEats #FryHappiness
