The Best Flat White in All of Paris

The title might sound exaggerated, but this is hands down the best Flat White I’ve had in over a year of living in Paris! They use beans from Café du Jour to make their Flat White. The coffee beans of the day are written on a small blackboard, and different espresso-based drinks are crafted based on the beans. For pour-over coffee, you can ask separately. ✨This Flat White felt incredibly smooth to me—not too acidic, not too bitter, with a perfect balance of milk and coffee. The aroma and temperature were just right. 🪑 The café has swing chairs, where you can sit and sway while enjoying a cup of coffee and chatting with friends. The interior has an earthy, natural vibe, with warm, terracotta tones. Given that there are plenty of coffee shops in Le Marais, this one stands out by doubling as a coffee bean store. Many people come here just to buy beans. I’ve even seen their beans being used in a coffee shop in Lausanne, Switzerland.
