The Best Lobster Roll in New York! I Found It! π
Last week, I visited the newly opened seafood tavern in New York called Smithereens. I tried all the dishes there, and guess what? π The best of the best was the lobster roll! So, I immediately booked a table for this Tuesday to indulge in it again. π What sets this lobster roll apart is that the lobster meat isn't 100% cooked, so it doesn't get dry and remains super delicious. π€ π The chef, Nick, used to work at Momofuku Ko and then moved to Claud. The sommelier, Nikita, is also from Momofuku Ko. π Their seafood is all amazing, and the chef is particularly skilled at preparing fish.
