After a long day at work, I headed to the West Village to try L'Artusi, one of the most famous Italian restaurants in the area 🍝. I had heard so much about their mushroom pasta, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The flavor of the mushrooms is incredibly rich and intense, almost like a burst of earthy goodness in every bite 🌟. The hollow pasta has a great chewy texture that complements the sauce perfectly. Their crab and squid ink seafood pasta is also a must-try 🦀. The crab meat is super fresh and flavorful, with a delicate sweetness that pairs beautifully with the squid ink. Highly recommended for seafood lovers! We also ordered their oven-roasted chicken 🍗. The skin is crispy and golden, while the meat is tender and juicy.
