The Best Pho Ever π
π Cha Paβs Noodles and Grill Last week, I had a really bad pho at another place, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I was determined to find a delicious bowl of pho to make up for it. So, after work today, I went to Cha Paβs, which was highly recommended by my colleague. π As soon as I walked in, I was enveloped by the rich aroma of Vietnamese pho broth. It was like a sign that I had finally come to the right place. πΊ I ordered the Special Pho, which comes with thinly sliced raw beef, brisket, tendon, and tripe β the classic combination of a βtrain pho.β The bowl is huge, and the restaurant gives you a generous amount of meat. πΈ Especially with the current prices in New York, finding such a high-value meal is truly surprising. The beef bone broth is flavorful and hearty, the rice noodles are smooth and refreshing, and the addition of fresh basil leaves, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime adds even more layers of flavor. Itβs heavenly! π π’ I also tried the Green Papaya Salad on the side, which was a bit too sweet for my taste. The menu is on the last page. π Address: 314 W 52nd St, New York, NY 10019 #NewYork π
