In my experience, most high-end Western restaurants in Las Vegas offer pretty low value for money. But compared to the steakhouses on the Strip, Echo & Rig truly stands out as the king of affordability—and it’s a favorite among locals too! 🙌 【Ambience】⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Echo & Rig has two locations in Vegas: one in Summerlin (west) and one in Henderson (southeast). While the food quality is similar at both, I personally prefer the Summerlin spot for its atmosphere and lighting—it’s especially great if you love taking photos! 📸 After your meal, you can take a relaxing stroll around Summerlin’s beautiful plaza. 🌳 【Food】⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dishes here are excellent overall. It’s not just about the steak—their appetizers are amazing too! Appetizers: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Caesar Salad – So good, it got me hooked! I order it at every steakhouse now. 🥗 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pork Belly Burnt Ends – Tender and flavorful, like braised pork. Avoid if you don’t like fatty meat. 🥓 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Portobello Fries – Fried portobello mushrooms—my favorite starter! A must-order! 🍄 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steak Tartare – Decent taste, good value. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crispy Pig’s Head – The biggest surprise! Melts in your mouth—absolutely try it! 🐷 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Burrata – Sweet and tangy, great for opening up your appetite. 🧀 Steaks: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zabuton F1 Wagyu – Premium shoulder cut, incredibly tender. Pairs perfectly with chimichurri sauce. 💚 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ribeye or Ribeye Cap – Both are excellent—go for the cap if you prefer more marbling. 【Service】⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not overly enthusiastic, but professional and efficient. 💡 Tip: One or two appetizers plus a steak is plenty.
