This time, we skipped the (admittedly rich) bone marrow and went all-in on beef perfection. 🍴 The Feast STARTERS: 🐄 Steak Tartare – Addictively good (I nearly licked the plate!). The raw egg yolk takes it to umami heaven. 🥚 🐖 Crispy Pork Belly – Fatty, crackly, and zero greasiness (a must-order!).
