The dessert at this British steakhouse in New York is amazing!!!

I’ve been to this Midtown New York steakhouse three or four times for business dinners, and every single visit has been incredibly delicious! Later, I found out it’s an outpost of a super famous British steakhouse—no wonder it’s so good! And the decor is so stylish, it feels a bit like Grand Central Station ✨ 🥗 Appetizers I’ve tried quite a few of their appetizers, but these are the ones I always order: 【Pork belly】The pork belly is insanely tender—like it’s braised then roasted. The skin is crispy and caramelized, and the meat inside is a perfect mix of fat and lean—so flavorful without being greasy! 【Beet salad】The beets are so sweet! No bitterness at all. The dressing has a subtle wasabi kick, which is super refreshing. It pairs so well with the pork belly—total match made in heaven! 🥩 Steaks 【Chateaubriand】This is their signature! It’s the most prime part of the filet mignon, and the meat is so tender—you won’t find a single tough bit. It’s a must-order every time I come! 【Bone-in rib chop】The bone adds so much flavor—this one has a richer, more intense steak taste. It’s delicious too, though there are a few tiny bits of sinew here and there. Pro tip: Add the peppercorn sauce—it’s perfect with the steak! You can ask for the peppercorns to be crushed, and when they pop in your mouth, the peppery aroma is amazing 😍 🐟 Seafood I’ve had their monkfish, swordfish, and lobster—all are fantastic, and cooked to tender perfection. The monkfish, in particular, is super fresh and springy—so good! 🍮 Desserts 【Toffee pudding】This is a classic British dessert! The cake itself isn’t too sweet—it’s made with dates, and has a soft, steamed texture. Drizzled with the caramel on the side, it tastes exactly like toffee. Even our British boss raved about how authentic it is! 【Peanut butter Louis】A peanut butter chocolate cake—so delicious! It’s a little sweet, but they add sea salt, which balances perfectly with the rich peanut flavor. We order this every time without fail!
