The Dim Sum You’ll Regret Missing|Top Tier in Las Vegas 🥟

This place has been recommended so many times—and for good reason! 💞 Ping Pang Pong You’ll need to walk through the casino to get there 🎰. They’re super popular—we went during Thanksgiving break around 12 PM and waited 40–50 minutes. They open at 11 AM—if you can, arrive right at opening to catch the first wave! 🤍 What We Tried They give you a menu (though we barely used it) because dim sum carts roll by constantly! Every cart stopped at our table, opening steamers one by one—we ended up ordering way more than planned 😂. Cilantro Beef & Shrimp Rice Rolls – Thick, silky rice noodle wraps. My friend loved them! Black Bean Spareribs & Black Pepper Beef Short Ribs – Flavorful, tender, and juicy. BBQ Pork Buns & BBQ Pork Pastries – Both delicious, but the pastry was our favorite—flaky, buttery, and filled with sweet char siu. Shumai, Har Gow, Phoenix Claws – Standard dim sum picks—solid, though not mind-blowing. Stewed Beef Offal – Mostly tripe (no intestine, sadly 😭), but the tripe was tender and the radish was super flavorful. 🍮 Desserts Egg Tarts – Rich, eggy filling with a fragile, buttery crust. Tofu Pudding in Wooden Bucket – SO GOOD! Silky yet slightly chewy, almost like mochi. Ask the cart auntie—it’s easy to miss! Mango Pomelo Sago – A bit on the sweet side but tasty. Pineapple Bun with Custard Filling – Highly recommend! Flaky top, molten salted egg yolk inside. Custard Buns – Same delicious filling as the pineapple bun—definitely not frozen quality! We missed the Crispy Skin Double-Skin Milk Pudding 😢. Service can feel a bit chaotic, but the food is absolutely worth it! #FoodExploration #WhatToEatToday #DimSum #AuthenticCantoneseDimSum #LasVegas
