The Edition Hotel in Times Square(1)

Cons: 🎢🌟 The room is extremely small, probably just a dozen square meters or so. The hallway is barely wide enough for a large suitcase. 😱 It's very noisy. Being right next to Times Square, even though I used an upgrade voucher to get a higher floor room, it was still incredibly loud. Sirens from police cars could be heard in the middle of the night. 🚔 The blackout curtains are terrible. I really didn't expect this and it's my biggest complaint. 🎢🌟 The top of the curtains lets in a lot of light. Since my room faced Times Square, even with the lights off, the room was still very bright. Because of this, I stayed up until 5 a.m., too tired to stay awake any longer. 😴 There's a $40 destination fee. This fee can be used for drinks, breakfast, etc., but whether you use it or not, it's added to your room rate. 🎢🌟 Breakfast is on the 9th floor, where you order your own meal. The quality is average. A cup of black coffee costs $9. I definitely wouldn't have gone if it weren't for the destination fee. 💸 🎢🌟 #NewYork
