The Edition Hotels in New York by Marriott(3)

The Times Square Edition, located on 47th Street in Times Square. I stayed here for the last two nights. 🌟🌸 As a Marriott Platinum member, I was given a room on the 39th floor that should be around 30 square meters. The regular standard rooms are only 22 square meters and feel much smaller. #NewYork 🌆 This place is a far cry from the experience at the other Edition. The bathroom in the room lacks any sense of luxury or personality—it's quite plain and ordinary. 🚿 Stepping out the door lands you right in Times Square, which is bustling and noisy at night. I specifically requested a room facing away from the street, but even on the 39th floor, with the windows closed, I could hear a constant white noise. 🌟🌸 This was mainly due to the air conditioning and ventilation systems on the nearby rooftops. 🌆 Because of Times Square, 47th Street in front of the hotel is congested with traffic from morning till night. 🌟🌸 If you're taking a taxi or Uber, it's best to get in or out a block earlier, like on 46th Street. Otherwise, you'll not only waste time but also incur higher fares due to the traffic. 🚕 The only upside of the Times Square Edition is its affordability. With taxes and destination fees included, it's $450 per night. There's a $40 daily credit for bar spending and another $50 for laundry. 💰 🌟🌸 #TheTimesSquareEDITION
