Located in the Southridge Mall, The Explorium Brewpub is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts and foodies alike! Known for its Blue Ribbon-awarded beers 🏆, this place offers a genuine Wisconsin dining experience. Here’s what we tried: 🧀 Cheese Soup – Rich and flavorful, though a bit salty. Very Wisconsin! 🥃 Bourbon Mule – Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended. 🐟 Fish & Chips – The fish was fresh, but the coating wasn’t as crispy as we hoped. 🥬 Roasted Brussels Sprouts – A veggie-lover’s dream! We swapped the fish for an extra side (just +$3) – totally worth it, especially with the truffle fries. 🍺 Highland Amber Ale – My personal favorite! A light, refreshing ale that’s perfect if you enjoy easy-drinking craft beer. A great spot for a relaxed meal with true local flavor.
