Recently, the hottest spot in Beverly Hills is Novikov Beverly Hills. Kylie, Bieber, Rihanna, the Kardashians, and many other celebrities have dined here... Reservations are a must, and valet parking is available at the entrance. 🚗✨ As a globally renowned high-end dining brand, the Beverly Hills location feels exceptional. The restaurant is comfortably arranged, with an overall grand and clean atmosphere, and attention to detail. The vibe is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The waiter's rolled "R" accent was adorable, though a bit hard to understand the menu. We just went with his recommendations 😅. There were so many white people here... it seemed like we were the only Asians today. Everyone was dressed in that old-money style—low-key yet high-quality vibes... Perfect for dates, gatherings, or catching up with friends over drinks. 🍷👫💬 The menu offers a wide variety of choices, with exquisite plating. Fresh ingredients and unique dishes make the Italian fusion cuisine delicious. 🍴🍤 I came with my sister, and we had a great time: 🥖 Pre-meal bread and butter 🧈—we didn’t try it, as we were avoiding too many carbs at night. 🥗 Salad—sweet and sour, refreshing, with avocado 🥑. 🧆 Tuna Tartare—decent, normal taste, but make sure to squeeze some lemon 🍋 on it. 🥘 Appetizer recommended by the restaurant—forgot what it was (see pic 6). It had a layer of gold foil on top, with slightly burnt bread underneath, tomatoes, and sour cream or something. 🍗 Lamb chops—fragrant, served with pesto, rosemary, and 🍋. The portion was small but tasty. 🐟 Sea Bass—grilled to perfection, crispy outside and tender inside, very juicy. 🍮 Dessert: Tiramisu—loaded with cocoa powder, delicious. 🍰 Napoleon—crispy layers with cream, just a tad sweet but not overwhelming.
