The Jeju Noodle Bar I've Been Dreaming Of (2)๐ŸŒŸ

For the second appetizer, we ordered TORO SSAM BAP. ๐Ÿฃ We didn't add extra uni. ๐ŸŒŸ The chef's ingredients for this dish were โ€œToro, Egg Salad, Seasoned Rice, Tobiko, Chives, Jalapenos, Sesame Seeds, Pickled Daikon, Shallots, and Micro Shiso.โ€ The ingredients were layered so perfectly that you could get a little bit of everything with just one spoonful. Jeju even gave us lots of nori sheets for wrapping. ๐ŸŒฟ I then ordered the relatively more affordable GOCHU RAMYUN. ๐Ÿœ My husband ordered the more expensive WAGYU RAMYUN. The Gochu was more like a regular ramen, which suited my taste better. The Wagyu version, with its raw wagyu beef, felt more โ€œcreativeโ€ to me. Its broth was a bit lighter but still very delicious. Note: The egg in the ramen costs extra. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Overall, Jeju is a perfect place for a dinner visit every now and then. ๐ŸŒ‡๐ŸŒŸ #FoodieDiary ๐ŸŒธ #RestaurantHopping ๐ŸŒฟ #NewYorkCuisine ๐ŸŒ†
