This Generous Authentic Brazilian🇧🇷 Restaurant Has Been Visited N Times!​ To be honest, there aren't that many delicious Western restaurants in JC, but this Brazilian🇧🇷 restaurant is definitely an exception! It's right at the corner of Grove Street, and I was hooked the first time I passed by——the storefront is so distinctive, not the same old sophisticated style, but instead has a uniquely cute vibe, and the atmosphere is off the charts! There's also a cute Christmas tree in the store now, with red and green colors mixed with South American-style decorations, lively and warm, and you just can't take your eyes off it when passing by😆​ The atmosphere when entering the store didn't disappoint at all!! As soon as you push the door open, it's like crashing from a cold winter into a warm summer. The walls are hung with all kinds of brightly colored South American-style ornaments, the tablecloths have lively geometric patterns, and even the lights have a warm, lazy feel, making the whole person relax along with it🥰 The owners are a couple from Brazil🇧🇷, and every time you enter, you're greeted with their super warm welcome. Their smiles are as bright as the South American sun, and their eyes shine when they talk. That sincere warmth is truly the enthusiasm of South Americans!​ Okay, no more rambling, let's talk about the food! Every dish is so delicious that you want to stamp your feet. It's the kind of restaurant that makes you willing to visit N times and go through the entire menu!​ 🔶 steak: The cost-effectiveness is off the charts!! The Brazilian-style steak is so fragrant it's addictive——when it's served, the plate is still sizzling, and a huge piece lies on the plate. The edges are grilled to a crispy finish, and when you cut into it, you can see the pink juice slowly seeping out. The richness of the fat explodes in your mouth, making you squint with delight👅 It easily beats those overpriced old-fashioned steaks elsewhere. This place is really honest, you can order it with your eyes closed!​ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​ 🔶 Grilled Octopus Risotto: So delicious you'll want to lick the plate!! The risotto at the bottom has soaked up all the seafood broth, each grain is distinct yet tender, paired with grilled octopus tentacles that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside🐙 The octopus is chewy and juicy, with a hint of charcoal flavor. Chewing it with the risotto, every bite is like a firework on the tip of your tongue. So far, I haven't found a better grilled octopus in JC!​ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​ 🔶 Pumpkin Stewed Shrimp: This seems to be a winter special, and just looking at it warms your heart——it's served in half a round, plump pumpkin🎃, with sweet juice still on the orange pumpkin walls. Inside, there are several plump tiger prawns🦐 wrapped in thick pumpkin sauce. The first bite is absolutely amazing! The sweetness of the pumpkin mixes with the freshness of the shrimp, and the sauce clings to the shrimp shells; taking a sip is full of flavor. It's just a bit greasy after eating too much, and a sip of juice goes perfectly with it～​ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​ 🔶 Traditional Portuguese Tart: It completely changes your impression of Portuguese tarts!! I love how it "clings to the wall"——the edge of the tart is grilled crispy, making a "crunch" sound when you bite into it. The filling inside is smooth and not cloying, with a layer of fine cinnamon powder on top, which smells subtly. It's served with a refreshing lemon guava ice cream. Scooping a spoonful of ice cream with the tart, the cold, hot, sweet and fragrant flavors together, it's amazing! Unlike the cloying KFC version, this one is a more solid traditional style. After a few bites to get used to it, you'll get more and more addicted!!​ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​ 🔶 Original Guava Juice: Freshly squeezed guava juice, very pure, no sugar added. It tastes like the natural sweetness of guava, with a hint of the slight sourness unique to island fruits. If you like original flavors, you must try it! There are so many juice options in the store, you can try a different one every time you come～​ ⭐⭐⭐⭐​ I really love this place! I wish everyone in JC knew about this cute little shop. It has the warmth of home and a unique Brazilian flavor. Every time I come, it's as comfortable as going to a friend's house for dinner😘 I heard they also have a brunch menu on weekends, which I haven't tried yet.
