The ambiance is excellent and very ceremonial. 🍽️ Recommendations: The lobster salad is great, very refreshing and fresh. The foie gras tower is quite beautiful, with the fresh foie gras melting in your mouth. The beef tartare is a signature dish, mixed on the spot, served with fries and salad. The beef is very fresh with no bloodiness, but the portion is quite large and can be filling.
