The Mark Hotel NYC 🖤 | UES Elegance & Jean-Georges Flavors

Stepping into The Mark feels like entering a timeless New York scene—black-and-white marble floors, polished brass, and an air of understated luxury. While like many Upper East Side hotels its public spaces are intimate, it feels brighter and more open than its iconic neighbor, The Carlyle. ✨ Signature Touches The iconic zebra-striped lobby makes a bold first impression 🦓 A second-floor John Lobb shoe shine station—where classic craftsmanship meets modern comfort Flower and hot dog stands outside the entrance, adding local charm to the elegant streets 🌭🌸 🍽️ Dining by Jean-Georges The hotel’s restaurant delivers the quality you’d expect from a Jean-Georges collaboration—with prices to match. Started with my favorite Kingfish Crudo 🐟, fresh and beautifully seasoned Main course: Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye with shishito peppers 🥩 — rich, tender, and perfectly simple Can’t miss their famous truffle fries — crispy, earthy, and utterly addictive. Spotted them more than once being delivered via room service 🍟✨ 🛋️ Vibe & Clientele This is old-money New York with a relaxed confidence. You’ll find well-dressed regulars, international guests, and a staff that remembers your name. It’s not trying to be trendy—it simply is. Whether you're stopping for a drink, a meal, or just to admire the floors, The Mark offers a refined slice of Upper East Side life. #TheMarkNYC #UESNYC #LuxuryHotels #JeanGeorgesNY #NYCDining #OldMoneyVibes #NYCHotels #UpperEastSide
