👉 The meat dishes in Latin America are surprisingly delicious‼️

🌟 There are so many hidden gem restaurants in New York that you can never finish trying them all! This one looks incredibly simple in its decor, and I've walked past it countless times without ever going in. It wasn't until recently, when I discovered it has a 4.7/5 rating on Google, that I decided to give it a try. It turns out that appearances can be deceiving—this place is full of surprises! The sea bass with pumpkin puree, Peruvian oxtail potato dumplings, pan-seared duck breast, and slow-cooked pork osso buco are all amazing! On weekends, we came for brunch and unexpectedly had the place almost to ourselves. The restaurant has limited seating, so get here before it gets too popular! 😋 📍 Buena Vista Restaurant & Bar 536 9th Ave, New York, NY 10018 Recommendations (in order of preference): 1. Seared Filet of Chilean Seabass $42 👍 The sea bass has a crispy exterior and succulent, juicy flesh inside—it's truly perfect! Paired with sweet and smooth pumpkin puree, plum cream sauce, and juicy roasted asparagus, every bite is an indulgence! 🍟 2. Blue Peruvian Potato $16 👍 This is the most highly recommended appetizer! Each serving includes two fried oxtail potato dumplings with a thin, crispy shell. Inside, you'll find soft purple potatoes and tender, flavorful beef. The orange-colored spicy sauce at the bottom and the layer of sour cream on top are the finishing touches that make this dish incredibly rich in flavor! 🍟 3. Pan Seared Duck Magret $34 👍 The waiter highly recommended the duck breast, and it didn't disappoint! I ordered it medium-rare, which was just right—almost medium. The crispy, fatty duck skin and the thin, tender, and flavorful duck meat are perfectly complemented by the slightly sour berry sauce, sweet raisins, and soft plantains. My friend and I both loved it! 🍔 4. Roasted Iberian Pork Ossobuco $39 🌟 I originally wanted to order oxtail, but since we had the oxtail dumplings as an appetizer, I decided to try this pork osso buco instead. The waiter said that although the flavors are similar, the pork osso buco has a lot more meat. He wasn't kidding—the portion is huge! When it's served, the waiter lights some herbs on fire, creating a cool, smoky effect. The slow-cooked pork is perfectly marbled, tender, and flavorful, falling off the bone into soft, stringy pieces. The connective tissue on the bone is also tender and tasty, and the roasted potatoes that come with it are deliciously soft and flavorful. 🍖 #NewYorkLife #NewYork #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkCuisine #NewYorkFoodie #Manhattan #NewYorkEats #NewYorkManhattan #ManhattanFood #NewYorkHiddenGems
