The Most Comfortable City I’ve Ever Been To — Pittsburgh 😭🤤❤️

After traveling through Chicago and Detroit, I arrived in Pittsburgh by bus at 5 AM. Though tired from the journey, I decided to head straight to Mount Washington to catch the sunrise — and wow, was it worth it.🎶 As the first light broke over the city, painting the sky in soft hues of orange and pink, I looked down at the serene convergence of the three rivers, the quiet bridges, and the skyline slowly waking up. In that moment, I truly felt it: Pittsburgh is different.💕 This city has a sense of peace and calm that made me wonder — am I still in the U.S.? 🤔 Compared to the relentless pace of Chicago or the starkness of Detroit, Pittsburgh feels… human. It’s walkable, green, full of friendly faces, and surrounded by rolling hills and water. There’s a harmony between urban life and nature that’s rare and deeply comforting.👌 I spent the day wandering through neighborhoods like Shadyside and Squirrel Hill, drinking coffee in cozy cafés, reading by the fountain at Point State Park, and even stumbling upon a small farmers market. Everywhere I went, people were kind, the air was clean, and there was this unspoken vibe of contentment.🤣 As a law student who’s also lived in a few bigger cities, I couldn’t help but imagine what it’d be like to study here — maybe at University of Pittsburgh or CMU — and actually have time to breathe between classes. 🎒📘 Pittsburgh isn’t trying to impress anyone. It’s just… quietly offering a good life. Whether you’re here for school, travel, or a fresh start — this city welcomes you without overwhelm. It’s affordable, safe, culturally rich, and surrounded by natural beauty. It really might be one of the most underrated and livable cities in America.😊 If you get the chance — come see it for yourself. Walk its streets, watch the sunset from Grandview Avenue, talk to the locals. You might just fall in love, like I did. #Pittsburgh #USA #Travel #StudyAbroad #LawSchool #LivingAbroad #MountWashington #CityViews #HiddenGems #MostLivableCity 🌆🍃✨
