The Most Romantic Michelin One-Star French Cuisine in Paris
Paris Gastronomy | Handsome Chef with a Romantic Back Garden 💐🌸 I spontaneously booked a Michelin French restaurant during this trip to Paris. Communicating with the staff can sometimes be quite challenging; they don't seem to be very flexible 😂. The chef, Mathieu Pacaud, is a quite dashing post-80s generation. I heard his father is a chef with three Michelin stars, and I hope he can also earn a 3-star rating in the future~ 【Appetizers】 🍴 {White Asparagus} The white asparagus was cooked with wild garlic, candied lemon, and a "Hollandaise sauce". Although I'm not sure what Hollandaise sauce is, it was quite tasty, and the asparagus was very crisp. 【Main Courses】 🍴 {Scallops} Scallops grilled with lemongrass, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and a basil fish soup, made the scallops taste very delicious. 🍴 {Veal} The veal cooked in a yellow wine sauce, served with asparagus, morels, and a hazelnut cream sauce was really delicious! The sweetness of the hazelnut sauce pairs exceptionally well with the meat, and if you like sweet meat dishes, you will definitely love this one! 【Dessert】 🍴 {Raspberry Tart} The dessert consisted of raspberries, caramelized pistachios, and pistachio ice cream. However, the pistachio ice cream was completely different from what I had imagined; it was much richer in flavor than what I usually have outside, and it wasn't my favorite. The restaurant Apiciius is named after an ancient Roman epicurean who is said to have written the world's first cookbook. This restaurant is located in an 18th-century luxurious private mansion and has a very pastoral small garden, feeling like an idyllic retreat in the bustling city of Paris. Both indoor and outdoor areas are perfect for photos, so if you have the chance to visit Paris, you can come and try it out 💕~ Recommendation Index: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 #Paris #ParisRestaurant #ParisDate #ParisTravel #ParisGastronomy #ParisLife #FrenchCuisine #FrenchDining #ParisWesternFood #FrenchRestaurant
