The Most Romantic One-Michelin-Starred French Cuisine in Paris

Paris Gastronomy | Handsome Chef with a Romantic Backyard Garden 💐🌸 This time in Paris, I spontaneously booked a Michelin-starred French restaurant. Sometimes communicating with the French can be a bit challenging; they can be quite inflexible. 😂 The chef here, Mathieu Pacaud, is a handsome millennial (not the man in the photo, I didn't upload his picture). I heard his father is a three-Michelin-star chef. I hope he can achieve the same in the future! ** Appetizers ** 🍴 {**Asparagus**} The asparagus was cooked with wild garlic and candied lemon, topped with a "Hollandaise sauce." I'm not sure what Hollandaise sauce is, but it tasted great! The asparagus was very crisp. ** Main Courses ** 🍴 {**Scallop**} The scallop was roasted with lemongrass, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and basil fish soup, making the scallop incredibly flavorful. 🍴 {**Veal**} The veal was prepared with a yellow wine sauce, served with asparagus, morels, and hazelnut sauce. It was truly delicious! The sweetness of the hazelnut sauce complemented the meat perfectly. If you like sweet and savory dishes, you'll love this one! ** Dessert ** 🍴 {**Raspberry Tart**} The dessert featured raspberries, caramelized pistachios, and pistachio ice cream. The pistachio ice cream was much richer than what I usually have outside. It wasn't my favorite, but it was still good. The restaurant, named **Apicius**, is after an ancient Roman epicure who is said to have written the world's first cookbook. The restaurant is located in an 18th-century luxurious private mansion and features a charming, pastoral garden that feels like a hidden paradise in bustling Paris. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are perfect for taking beautiful photos. If you have the chance to visit Paris, you should definitely try it out! 💕 **Restaurant Name:** Apicius **Rating:** 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 #Paris #ParisianRestaurant #ParisianDate #ParisTravel #ParisianFood #ParisianLife #FrenchCuisine #FrenchDining #ParisianWesternFood #FrenchRestaurant
