The Most Satisfying Omakase Experience in New York š£
So delicious that the Russian guests at the next table have visited three times in two weeks š šš¼ Out of the 18 pieces, we had 4 different types of sea urchin! There was black truffle sea urchin, caviar sea urchin with Kumamoto oyster, sea urchin beef hand roll, and sea urchin with nine-section shrimp. Each piece was unique and incredibly delicious. šš¼ The black cod, king salmon, caviar toro, and wagyu beef were all melt-in-your-mouth perfect. When the caviar tuna belly piece was served, they even sprinkled gold powder āØ. šš¼ The sweet shrimp and hairy crab were incredibly fresh and sweet! The Australian finger lime added a special touch, like the finishing touch on a masterpiece. šš¼ The Shinpi special was amazing! It featured caviar, scallops, toro, and crab meat stacked together, served on crispy milk toast. It was so good that one bite wasn't enough. šš¼ For dessert, we had a huge matcha ice cream cone šµ. šš¼ The sake pairing was $35 per person, and we got to try five different types of sake. Each one had a unique taste when paired with sushi. šØāš³ The chef was very attentive and interacted a lot with the guests. After eating for over an hour, we left feeling very satisfied, even though we had to lean on the wall to walk out, lol. š Shinpi Omakase (121 Madison Ave #3, New York, NY 10016) š° $139 for 15 pieces or $169 for 18 pieces #NewYork #NewYorkFoodGuide šš
