If you're visiting Denver, Colorado, Laws Whiskey House is a must-visit—it's both a distillery AND a bar! 🥃✨ I’m obsessed with the vibe here—minimalist yet ultra-refined, with moody lighting, jazz tunes, and an elevated ambiance perfect for post-dinner drinks with friends or a date night. Since all their whiskey is small-batch, handcrafted, and aged at high altitude, the flavors are bold, complex, and totally unique. Cocktails 🍹 are also a hit, but this time, I went straight for the whiskey. My flight of 3 signature pours: 1️⃣ Bourbon "Intention" (Origin Series) – Sweet, rich notes of cherry, peach, honey, and super-sweet corn pudding 🍮… but with a surprising twist of cucumber, black tea, and cured meat. A blend of 3-10yr barrels = deep & velvety. 2️⃣ Rye "Cornerstone" – My FAVORITE! Made from 100% St. Louis rye, this 9-barrel blend is spicy & bold, with golden raisins, cinnamon pastry, and intense rose 🌹. At 57.5% ABV, it’s shockingly smooth & balanced. 3️⃣ "Black & Gold" (Colorado Univ.
