The new beef rib pho in Toronto is absolutely delicious!

🆘 This Vietnamese pho is beyond words. When the beef rib pho arrived, my boyfriend and I were stunned, staring at each other in disbelief, unsure if it was a mistake. We double-checked, and yes, it was indeed beef rib pho. Each bowl of pho came with two large rib pieces and a big chunk resembling beef knuckle bone. The broth was incredibly sweet, the beef ribs were tender and flavorful, and gnawing on the ribs was such a pleasure, though it wasn't the most elegant dish. The beef knuckle bone was covered in something like beef tendons, and when paired with onion slices, it was simply divine. And the best part? It was only $20🔪 for two bowls! Such a great deal! The Laksa was also a huge bowl, with a sweet broth rather than the traditional spicy laksa, but it was very tasty. The noodles were round, somewhat like thick rice noodles, and went perfectly with the soup. But honestly, the beef rib pho was one of the most delightful surprises I've had recently.
