π£ Appetizers: Among the three, I absolutely adore the cod with sea urchin sauce and cherry tomatoes! It melts in your mouth, the oily aroma of the cod perfectly matches the sweet sea urchin sauce, and then taking a bite of the tangy-sweet cherry tomatoes is just exquisite. π£ Sushi: The sea urchin from Japan, known as "mafun uni," is both cold and sweet, which made the Japanese lady next to us exclaim in delight. Among the 12 pieces, I personally love the peony shrimp, while my partner loves the rich, fatty grilled foie gras salmon. π΅ Dessert: Matcha coconut pudding!! It's incredibly delicious!! The coconut milk flavor is very rich, and the slight bitterness of the matcha reduces the overall sweetness (the chef said they make it by frying fresh coconut meat).
