The Only Michelin - Starred Ramen Shop 🌟🍜

🌟🍜A Michelin - starred ramen shop, Ginza Hachigou. Every day at noon, they release a batch of spots for queuing, which reportedly requires more than two hours of waiting. Reservations are required for other times. The reservation slots open once a week and are immediately booked out as soon as they're released. The shop has only six seats, and I was fortunate to have a friend in Tokyo help me make a reservation. 🌟 🌟🍜 The menu is very simple, with only four types of ramen. I chose the most expensive one that comes with a dumpling. The dumplings are limited to 30 per day, with a filling of foie gras and matsutake mushrooms.
