I always passed by Beer Pairing while exploring the streets. Checked it out on TripAdvisor and saw it had an amazing 4.5-star rating. Finally got to try it today! For starters, I ordered the grilled beef salad and eel custard. They were incredible! The beef was super tender, and the eel custard was a game-changer – such a unique and delicious combination. πŸ₯© I’ve seen their steaks on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) so many times, but I wanted to try something different. I went for the charcoal-grilled squid, and it was so fresh and perfect! It’s the best charcoal-grilled squid I’ve ever had in Moscow. I also tried the smoked mackerel with dark bread for the first time, and it was delightful. πŸ˜‹ The baked Camembert cheese is my absolute favorite! The restaurant even gave us some caviar as a gift – I was so happy! πŸ₯³ For drinks, I tried four different types of beer. My favorite was the mango and nut-flavored ones. They were only 3.5-5.5% ABV, so very easy to drink. Of course, the highlight is their specialty of pairing great drinks with great food.
