The pork cutlet at KatsuHama in New York is really hit-or-miss lately. 😕 I’ve been a fan of this place for a while, and I’ve had some amazing meals here in the past. But recently, the quality has been all over the place. 🌊 The lunch special is usually such a great deal, and I always look forward to it, but today was a total letdown. The pork cutlet was practically inedible. 🌸It was so tough and chewy, full of sinew, and had a slight off-flavor that was really off-putting. I’ve never had this issue before, and it’s really disappointing. 😑 I guess every restaurant can have an off day, but I hope KatsuHama can get back on track soon. 🎢 It’s such a bummer when you’re expecting a delicious meal and it doesn’t live up to the hype. 🍃Maybe I’ll give them another chance, but I’m definitely a bit hesitant now. #NYCEating #NewYorkCuisine 🍔
