The Rink At Rockefeller Center Officially Opens For Its 89th Season Next Month & Skating Tickets Are On Sale Now

Time to sharpen your skates: the Rink at Rockefeller Center — a.k.a. the most iconic attraction in the city come wintertime — is opening in a little over a month. We know it’s only the **first day of school**in NYC and it’s still fairly warm outside, but let it be known: *winter is coming*. Yes, we’ll admit it seems like we have time before venturing to **best ice skating rinks in the city**, but truthfully, it’s right around the corner. You don’t have to fetch your black coat from the closet just yet, but you might want to consider getting skating tickets before the winter rush. The Rink at Rockefeller Center opens on October 11th ---------------------------------------------------- We know you might still have your A.C. on, but the time to **get tickets to the Rink at Rockefeller Center** has arrived. Although the season doesn’t kick off until October 11th (mark your calendars), **tickets are already up for grabs** on the Rockefeller Center website. And if you snooze, you lose. Tickets start at $22 per person, with discount pricing available for groups of 10 and up, but this does not include skate rentals, which is an additional $12. While yes, we’ve still yet to see the first signs of **fall foliage** and **Halloween** is still a solid eight weekends away (not including this one), we’d be remiss if we didn’t tell you to plan early.
