π΄Costa Mesa β VACA The first thing on the menu you must order is "Jamon Iberico de Bellota Cinco Jotas". Although it's a bit pricey at $36 per ounce, every bite is truly worth it! Tapas, as the soul of Spanish cuisine, is definitely something you should try π ! This time we tried "Pulpo a la Gallega" (Galician-style octopus) and "Gambas al Ajillo" (shrimp with garlic and olive oil), both of which are quite classic dishes. They're perfect for pairing with drinks, but I personally found the flavors to be quite ordinary, not as good as other places I've been to before π€. Maybe I'll give it another try with different dishes next time! You definitely have to order the Spanish paella, okay! π¦ It's filled with plenty of seafood, perfect for two people to share! They offer various types of paella, but we ordered the one with all kinds of seafood! Additionally, the lamb shank we had was very tender, and it was absolutely delicious with the sauce ππΎ!
