The Spiritual Satisfaction from the Workers' Restaurant Bouillon 🍲
🍽️Every time I visit Paris, I make it a ritual to drop by Bouillon, not because the food is so unforgettable, but more for the purity of returning to the essence of food that Bouillon represents. On the other hand, I firmly believe that delicious and healthy food is not determined by high prices. In this regard, I have to acknowledge the support most European countries give to agriculture and the relatively reasonable prices of agricultural products. By the way, I have to complain about New York's various farmers’ markets that give the illusion that vegetables are luxury items, and Hong Kong's magical yogurt prices that once forced working people to quit dairy. 🍽️Against the backdrop of crazy inflation, Bouillon's menu prices are still reasonable. Although recently, Bouillon Pigalle and République have been gradually moving away from their internet-famous self-packaging route, whether to eat there is truly a matter of personal preference. However, with a full range of classic French dishes, it is indeed very suitable for tourists new to France, where one can enjoy foie gras, snails in garlic butter, beef bourguignon, duck breast, steak and fries, cream puffs, and the number of restaurants that can deliver these dishes sincerely and eatable is limited. 🍽️My personal favorite must be the pea cold soup with goat cheese during the spring and summer seasons, which is refreshing and greasy, and can pave the way for any greasy French main course. The quality of the snails in garlic butter is stable, after all, the temptation to tear bread and stuff it into the snail shells to dip in the sauce is too great. As for the main courses, they always leave me indecisive; the steak and duck breast are sometimes well-cooked, sometimes not, but still edible. After all, considering the price, one can't be too critical, right? 🍽️Putting aside the food itself, Bouillon is full of atmosphere, with decor full of a sense of the times and dim lighting. Basically, every time I go, I can encounter birthday celebrations or large friend gatherings. It's a place where people can enjoy together, and a solo diner can also be an individual audience. #ProudlyPromoteLocalCuisine #FrenchCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #AtmosphereRestaurant #GlobalFoodies #ParisFood #Bouillon #AffordableParisianFrenchCuisine #FoodieDiary
