The sushi restruant in San Jose--Yoshi sushi
πRestaurant Name:Yoshi sushi Unagi Don (Eel Rice Bowl) πππππ $18.50 An exquisite eel rice box, with the rice below seasoned with sushi vinegar, which pairs well with the eel. The eel is placed on top of the rice, and each bite is a perfect piece, not greasy at all. Yellowtail JalapeΓ±o πππππ $19.50 My partner couldn't stop praising this dish. The raw fish with jalapeΓ±o and the sauce underneath create a rich and refreshing taste. Dancing Dragon Roll ππππ $16.50 I really love the "California roll" series of sushi. The ingredients inside are very abundant, and each bite is very satisfying. However, it's a bit salty because there's too much filling and not enough rice. Tempura Appetizer πππππ $10.50 The tempura here is really well-fried, and the portion is generous. I particularly enjoy the fried sweet potato and eggplant, and the fried shrimp is also fragrant. Stir Fried Udon ππππ $15.50 The stir-fried udon didn't look as good as it did in the pictures, but it was surprisingly good when eaten. It was the first dish we finished. The udon was cooked just right, soft and chewy. Garlic Edamame πππππ $7.50 A must-order! We saw other tables having it and decided to try it, and it was really good, with a generous serving size. The garlic flavor with a hint of spiciness is great for cutting through the richness of sushi. It's the perfect bar snack. π Yoshi sushi π1095 E Brokaw Rd #30, San Jose, CA 95131 #Yoshi sushi#San Jose#food diary
