The Thai cousin in Santa Barbara--Thai Bistro๐น๐ญ
โโโโโโ ๐Restaurant Name: Thai Bistro Fish Cake ๐ The fried fish cake was the Special of the day. As a fan of fish cakes, I decided to order it. It was quite chewy, and it felt more like it was pan-fried rather than deep-fried. It wasn't salty on its own, and the dipping sauce was quite tasty. Highly recommended ๐. Chicken Satay ๐ข Chicken skewers are a must-order for me at any Thai restaurant. The accompanying cucumber was refreshing and appetizing. However, the chicken in this place was not goodโ it was a bit tough. The skewers weren't dry, but they also weren't tender at all. Not recommended ๐ โโ๏ธ. Spicy Eggplant ๐ It was average, depending on personal preference. Panang Curry ๐ This dish was quite distinctive, a sweet coconut milk curry. It was my first time trying a curry that was both sweet and savory, and it was delicious! Highly recommended ๐. Mango Fish Salad ๐ฅ The fried fish was very good, and pairing it with mango made for a very refreshing combination. It was a special and unique dish, and I highly recommend it ๐. ๐Address: 3130 State St, Santa Barbara, CA 93105, United States โโโโโโ #Thai Bistro๐น๐ญ#Santa Barbara#food diary#Thai cousin
