the United States
"I've been in the United States for a week now, and time has flown by. In a couple of days, I'll start English classes. It feels surreal that I'm actually here in the U.S., and I'm experiencing some cultural shocks and differences in daily habits. π Transportation: Traffic in the U.S. is different from back home. Public transportation isn't as developed as in some cities in my country, and most people rely on cars. Even in San Francisco, I find it inconvenient to drive myself. π₯ Food: The food and drinks in the U.S., including grocery portion sizes, are much larger than what I'm used to as a southern native. It's quite shocking to me. ποΈ In the downtown area, you'll find trash everywhere, and there's a strong unpleasant odor in the air. There are also many homeless people. #SanFrancisco #California
