Located inside Bellagio — a super luxe bar that’s quite hidden and not easy to find! I tried the most expensive Old Fashioned of my life — $60 a glass, made with basic Hibiki… felt a bit like a splurge for what it was 😅, but the cedar and maple smoke infusion was actually beautifully executed. Also ordered the Siren Song — a slightly more affordable choice, and it was refreshing, floral, and not too sweet with lovely lychee-rose notes. 🍸🌹 Compared to the drinks, the caviar potato croissant felt like great value — generous with the caviar and absolutely delicious! 🥐✨ Had to rush off to a show, so didn’t get to try a few other cocktails on my list… next time I’ll be back to indulge (and maybe play the “luxury splurge” card again 😉).
