—————— 1️⃣ Salmon Toast 🥪 This is delicious! The salmon is very fresh and generous in quantity, served on a thin layer of fragrant chive cheese 🧀. The sourdough bread is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a perfectly balanced tangy sweetness. 2️⃣ Warm Grain Bowl 🥗 I was hesitant to order it because it seemed too healthy, but it turned out to be very tasty. The taste leans towards the sour side, and it's packed with a variety of ingredients. I added extra salmon and ended up cleaning the whole bowl. 3️⃣ Sunday Pancake with Maple Syrup and Hazelnuts 🥞 This is their signature dish, but we found it too sweet. The pancakes are fluffy and thick with a corn texture, drizzled with chocolate hazelnut sauce 🌰.
