There’s Now Heritage Pickled Cabbage Hot Pot in Flushing⁉️

🏙️I heard that a heritage pickled cabbage hot pot place opened in Flushing. Tonight, after playing tennis, I took my friends to give it a try, and it was really delicious! 🌟 To be honest, this was my first time trying pickled cabbage hot pot. The broth was tangy and aromatic, really whetting the appetite. The base even had beef cubes, which were great with rice 🍚. 🍃 The beef they served was quite fresh, with a bright red color. Thin slices cooked quickly and tasted amazing. 🎢 Maybe it’s because of the influence of pickled cabbage fish, but I thought the black fish slices in the hot pot were incredible. We ordered three plates! Ahahaha. 🌸Besides the hot pot, their snacks were also great. The beef fried rice is a must-try; the rice is perfectly cooked, with distinct grains and a rich aroma. Their fried quail eggs were also delicious, paired with a spicy sauce that was super appetizing. 🌊 For dessert, they had sweet tofu pudding, which reminded me of my childhood. It was sweet but not cloying, and really tasty.👍🏻 The ambiance of the place is also retro, with small stools and tables, giving it a unique charm. 🍃 Address: Top floor, 39-16 Prince St #209, Flushing, NY 11354 #NewYork
