Xiang Hotpot-Brooklyn I went to Xiang Hotpot-Brooklyn yesterday and had an amazing time. I highly recommend it to you all! 🌟 🗽We ordered three types of soup bases: collagen chicken, coconut chicken, and the iconic spicy red oil. The flavors were all fantastic. The red oil "little bear" is just too cute😍 The sauce station is also well-stocked, with a variety of seasonings to match any taste. 🍲 The variety of side dishes is truly impressive. With the buffet, you can order as much as you want. There are also various sashimi, served in small dishes, giving a feeling like a grand feast. 😇 I especially love the frog legs, beef tongue, and shrimp paste here.
