This Basque Restaurant on the Left Bank is Romantic to the Death 🌹
I've had this restaurant on my list for a long time and finally had the chance to visit. It was during Fashion Week, and we even encountered a table of celebrities. The restaurant's vibe is like everyday Parisian life, simple yet with an indescribable touch of sophistication. 🍽️✨ The menu features Spanish Basque charcoal-grilled cuisine. You can find the not-so-common-in-Paris red prawns (carabineros) here, but using a knife and fork to eat prawn brains in a French restaurant is indeed quite a challenge. 🦐🥄 The main course of sea bass is also prepared with charcoal grilling, and the fish is fresh, with just the right side dishes and sauces to match. 🐟🥘 This restaurant isn't exactly a hidden gem, but the overall dining experience is comforting. As the evening falls and the restaurant's lighting dims, dining in such a romantic-to-the-death atmosphere naturally lifts the mood. This must be the innate Parisian romance. 🌆💕 #ParisRestaurants #FoodCriticContest #ParisFood #ShitangRecommendations #France #ParisFunAndDine #AtmosphereRestaurants #ParisLife
