Tonight, I went to 4 Charles Prime Rib with friends, a very classic steakhouse 🍖. 🌿🌟 Their appetizer bone marrow is really unbeatable. The bones are huge, and the bone marrow is incredibly aromatic, paired with crispy fried bread 🥪. Their burger 🍔 is also a specialty, topped with a yolk, which is very delicious and a must-order. The most famous dish here is the prime short rib, which is incredibly tender and delicious. It's definitely in my top three steaks I've had in New York. We brought two bottles of wine and played a blind wine tasting game, which was quite interesting. 🌿🌟 We drank the two glasses of wine first and then guessed which bottles they were.
